How old do I need to be to attend the Country Road Festival?

Everyone is welcome at the festival! Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18. Each adult can supervise up to three children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Where is the Country Road Festival held?
The event is held on the outskirts of Southampton on a field behind Eastleigh FC, Head to the FC main entrance and our team will direct you where to go for entry.

Advance tickets are required as most events sell out. Enter any discount codes at the time of purchase as we cannot apply them retrospectively. Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, save trees! We can scan tickets directly from your phone.
Will I need ID?

Yes, you must be over 18 and show a photo ID if purchasing alcohol. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
Can I bring my pet?

No pets are allowed except for registered assistance dogs.
Food and Drinks:

No external food or drinks are allowed inside the event premises. A variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside. (With the exception of infants where food and snacks are allowed!). An empty water bottle under 500ml is also allowed and can be refilled for free at designated water stations.

Only specific medical dietary requirements are allowed, with prior confirmation from our team.

Snacks and food for smaller children is fine. Make sure they save room for Ice Cream though.

Our events are cashless. Bars and food vendors accept contactless and chip and pin payments.

Personal photography is allowed, but commercial use requires prior arrangement. Large lenses and tripods are not permitted.

Chairs and blankets are permitted at all events.
Accessibility:
At Country Road Music Festival, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all our attendees. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event comfortably and safely.
Parking and Entry: We offer several designated disabled parking spaces located near the festival entrance for ease of access. These are available for blue badge holders on a first-come, first-served basis.
Facilities: Accessible toilets are conveniently placed around the festival grounds to ensure comfort and accessibility for all our guests.
Additional Assistance: We provide carer tickets free of charge for guests who require assistance to enjoy the festival. To apply for a carer ticket, please contact us in advance. Note: Carers must be over 18 years old as of July 27th, 2024.
Navigating the Site: The festival is primarily held on a flat, scenic field. However, some areas may have slight inclines or be uneven. We strive to maintain these areas, but please be prepared for potential challenges, especially in adverse weather conditions.

Audio Recorders, Cameras, and Disposable Vapes: Small personal cameras (lens <6 inches) and audio recorders are allowed; professional equipment is prohibited.

Chairs, Stools, Inflatable Loungers: Permitted to enhance your comfort.

Cigarettes for personal use. Excessive amounts will be confiscated.

Flags, Umbrellas: Small flags and personal umbrellas are allowed.

Medications: Allowed with a doctor's note/prescription or if packaging is unbroken.

Selfie Sticks: Capture your moments conveniently.

Aerosols, Air Horns, Megaphones: Not allowed for safety reasons.

Animals: Except for registered hearing or guide dogs.

Disposable BBQs, Non-Disposable BBQs, Petrol Burners: Fire hazards are strictly prohibited.

Illegal Substances, Legal Highs, Nitrous Oxide: Strictly forbidden, including associated paraphernalia.
